Since 2005, Advantage Flooring Services has been redefining what commercial flooring should look like in Central Ohio and beyond.
Founded by Jon Ford—a seasoned installer who spent years mastering the craft in the field and then driving sales for some of the biggest names in Columbus flooring—Advantage was built from a simple but powerful conviction: the industry could do better. Today, Advantage is a 24-person powerhouse of office talent and field craftsmen delivering large-scale commercial flooring projects, concrete polishing & coatings, and long-term maintenance programs. Our work shapes Class A office environments, industrial warehouses, medical office buildings (MOBs), and select retail spaces across the region.
